Places you'd like to visit

Aah..I'm so bored..
Anyway, is there a place you'd like to visit very very much? a stunning beatiful place? Post it here~

God this place is beautiful! I'm definetly going there someday, that is for sure.
(for people who played FFXII: Doesn't it sorta resembles the sandsea?)
Anyway, Im not quite sure of what this place is..As far as i'm aware its a salt lake? During January (i think) it has a thin layer of water ( thats why in some pictures you can see the reflection fo the sky and mountains)
There is an Hotel somewhere in it, its said inside the hotel everything is made of salt, statues ,beds, walls, etc... Wouldn't this place be perfect for ToA Meeting? Oh also~you can find this place in bolivia.

Awesome :O..And a hotel made of salt! And I read there is an island with giant cacti! Those things are huge!

Btw my dream holiday destination: Maldives, nicknamed the paradise islands. Although its more like a romantic place for honeymooners

Yeah its a very beautiful place. It has several hundred small islands like the one in the picture above. And the sea is so pretty there due to its unique cobalt blue color.
And, it is going to vanish in the next few decades. It is only a few meters above sea level and it will be completely under water due to global warming and rising sea levels. Imagine a country being wiped out due to global warming >.<
So yeah visit it while you still can :O

There is also another place i'd like to check, but this one is terribly off limits, not just it would be hard to get there with or without boat, I'd still be breaking the law..and then kitte-nii would sue me~oh well

Anyway..Just so you get an idea how hard it would be to visit this place , here are some troubles you could face during your stay in gunkanjima:
# asbestos
# rust
# unsafe flooring
# flooding
# water
# air quality
# Buildings falling on you, getting arrested, no food or water available...

Yup yup, but its definetly the dream of any urban explorer!

That really is troublesome..such a pretty place..to become just another sand bump in the sea..hmm..HEY! what if we drink like lots of salt sea water?

wiki says it has been opened for public visit since april,2009 and some company provides transportation to the island ..but yeah it would still be too dangerous lol

oh? now that you mention i remenber something about that..but i think only a certain part of the island will be open to public.

Whoa all those places look amazing xDDD. The Japan one would be fun with like motorcycles and ATVs or something xDD. What would we do at the second one tho, looks like a place for honeymoons o.o;;. I guess get stupidly drunk or something...or watch Saurabh and Shin get stupidly drunk > *watches as they dance and sing with bright red/purple faces* haha. Wah, the first one makes me dizzy, but would be amazing to go to @.@; Must...take...pictures :O!!
